Tijdens deze dag gaan we dieper in op het succesvol telen van kurkuma in Europa, hoe je gele, rode en blauwe kleurstoffen kunt produceren uit de geel/oranje curcumine en hoe je deze curcumine kleurstoffen toepast in verschillende biobased producten. Daarnaast kijken we ook naar de biologisch afbreekbaarheid en veiligheid voor menselijke gezondheid, de levenscyclus en economische analyse. Zie hieronder het volledige programma en meld je aan.
